Salon Policies

:: Reservations
We recommend booking your appointment prior to your arrival by calling 312.949.9080. Appointments are subject to availability. It is our service standard to cater to every client’s needs and desires as much as possible. If you have any special requests, please let our Salon Manager know when booking your appointment.

:: Online reservations
Book appointments in real-time, 24-hours a day with our online appointment service. Book now.

:: Can’t make it? Running late?
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Missing an appointment, cancelling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $25. When you reserve an appointment with us, we reserve that time and make that time slot exclusively yours. If you arrive late to your appointment you can either have your service in the time remaining or reschedule. If you choose to have your service in the time remaining, you will be charged the full service fee. If you choose to reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the original reserved service fee.

:: Arrival
We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check in. Please check in with our Salon Manager who will escort you to our waiting.

:: Forms of Payment
We accept Debit Cards and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express),Travelers Checks and personal checks.

:: Gratuities
Tipping is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is 15%-20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. For your convenience you can leave a gratuity on your credit card if so desired. Our Signature Team greatly appreciates your generosity. An automatic gratuity of 18% will be assessed for parties of four or more.

:: Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are only given in the form of store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept product returns that have been more than half used, otherwise we will be glad to issue you a store credit. Clothing and accessory items may be returned for a store credit within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.

:: Gift Certificates
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
